Pacific Russia in the Asia-Pacific: new horizons Asia-Pacific integration

The author explores the complex issues associated with the ability to integrate Russia into the Pacific, the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the concepts of foreign policy of the Russian Federation to the year 2013, the author stresses that Asia-Pacific vector foreign policy becomes more specificity and detail.
